GENERAL
﹒i typically finish my commissions between 3-7 days (unless there is a large queue when you order)
﹒if you need the piece finished by a certain date, or in a certain amount of days there will be an upcharge depending on how close the deadline is!

i as the artist:
♡ i can turn down any commission.
♡ i maintain the rights to post the artwork wherever i choose (i will not post it upon request.)
you as the customer:
♡ use your commission for anything you like (header, icon, etc) but do not use it for commercial use unless it was agreed upon beforehand.
♡ you may edit/crop/resize the original piece as long as the original credit is given to me!
♡ DO NOT edit, draw over, red-line my drawing during correction rounds unless you specifically asked me if you could!

PAYMENTS
♡ payment is upfront and in USD (no refunds with the rare exception that something comes up and i can't complete your commission, my progress is ALWAYS visible if you're curious!)
♡ payment is through square + paypal + cashapp! i prefer to use square (it works the same way as checking out online on any website! i'll be happy to walk you through if needed!)

ADOPTS
♡ payment is upfront and in USD (no refunds + no holds!)
♡ payment is through square + paypal + cashapp!
♡ you may only resell the adopt for the same price. (unless you have commissioned art or personal art of the character you can put that as an additional cost!)
♡ i don't mind any changes AT ALL made to the original design as long as i'm credited as the original creator! (do not edit my art though please!)
♡ by commissioning me or adopting from me you agree to these terms and my other TOS! if you do something to go against my TOS you will be blocked + blacklisted from commissioning me again!
